Bubble | Station 1 Baserunning

  • Week 1
    • Running to first on a ground ball
    • Running to first on a base hit to right
    • Running to first on a base hit to left
    • Running to first on a fly ball
  • Week 2
    • Double and Triple – proper footwork in making the correct line to the base
  • Week 3
    • Stealing bases, reading pitchers, sliding

Bubble | Station 2 Hitting In Cage & Two Tees

  • Week 1
    • Divide Cage in two Front toss each side working on hitting the outside pitch at different levels
  • Week 2
    • Front Toss - Working on squaring up the ball in different locations
  • Week 3
    • Front Toss - Working on change of speed and keeping weight back

Multi-Purpose Room | Station 3 Front Toss & Two Tees

  • Week 1
    • Proper contact point for inside, middle, and outside pitches
  • Week 2
    • Hitting line drives to the back of the cage up the middle at different levels
  • Week 3
    • Hitting behind the runner, hit and run, slash

Classroom | Station 4

  • Week 1
    • Videos and Explanations of what it takes to be good
  • Week 2
    • Base running videos with explanation
  • Week 3
    • Videos of Great plays and why they were made

Gym | Station 5 Agility

  • Week 1, 2, 3
    • Dynamic Warm-up, butt kickers, high knees, power skips, carioca, frankenstein’s, lunges, walking toe touches
    • Ladders - One foot hops, two Feet Hops, One foot in each rung, two feet in each rung, two feet Sideways, 31, ali shuffle on the side

Gym | Station 6 Arm Care

  • Week 1, 2, 3
    • Proper warm-up, Band work before throwing, Strengthening exercises

Gym | Station 7 Fielding

  • Week 1
    • Fielding position, routine, routine with throwing footwork, glove side, glove side with throwing footwork
  • Week 2
    • Double play feeds and double play turns
  • Week 3
    • Backhands and slow rollers

Gym | Station 8 Bunting

  • Week 1
    • Review types of bunts and purpose, proper bunting position for sacrifice bunt, actual bunting
  • Week 2
    • Review, base hit bunting
  • Week 3
    • Squeeze and bunting contest

Gym | Station 9 Throw Outfield Work & Throwing From Different Positions & Arm Angles

  • Week 1
    • Proper pre-game throwing warm up - all arm angles, every play you would make, pitchers work on off speed pitches
    • Over the top - pitcher, outfield, infield - straighter flight path
  • Week 2, 3
    • ¾ Arm - pitcher - more run for pitcher, infielders , side arm
    • Throws from the Outfield, Routine, Spin throw
